We all have to eat.

To cook is to bring together, to commune, to love. It’s through cooking that I feel is one of the most intimate forms of loving. To spend time creating a meal together for celebration, or to bake your loved one’s favorite cookie; it’s in these moments we connect to what it means to be a human. My fondest memories of my youth are watching my mother create the dishes that have built the fundamentals for all of the cooking I do to this day. It’s not necessarily the food that I remember the most, although her cooking was incredible, it was the feeling of being cared for. And that’s why I cook.

I am a chef and baker based in Los Angeles. I started working in restaurants when I was 14 and fell in love with the dance. I specialize in gluten-free creations, as I was diagnosed with celiac at a young age. I strive to create food that evokes memories, nourishes the body, and tells a story, with an emphasis on seasonality and sustainability.
